SUBJECT: “THE FINALE.”

Early on the first day of the week, while it was still dark, Mary Magdalene went to the tomb and saw that the stone had been removed from the entrance. So she came running to Simon Peter and the other disciple, the one Jesus loved, and said, “They have taken the Lord out of the tomb, and we don’t know where they have put him!” -John 20:1-2

As a child, I remember an Easter song we used to sing. I don’t recall the name of the song. But I remember this particular line “Were you there when they crucified my Savior?” And now, as an adult during the Easter Resurrection season, the song is one of my preferred songs. I wasn’t physically on Calvary Hill, but spiritually I have been there many times. When my body trembles while reading about JESUS’s pain and suffering, my soul cries out in agony from the rejection and shame JESUS suffered.

That’s Calvary to me, and out of all JESUS suffered, He still kept the His word.” IN THREE DAYS, I SHALL RISE...” And He did. JESUS’ death, burial, and resurrection were cumulative of it ALL. It was the Finale of His powerful three years Ministry. JESUS got up with all power and authority in his control—Hallelujah and men. Easter Resurrection Sunday is another opportunity for everyone not saved by Grace to give their life to JESUS. It is the best decision you will ever make while you are in your right focused mind.

O Ministries Inc. Invites you to surrender now; it is as simple as ABC.

A – Admit

Admit what you have done wrong and ask forgiveness.

  • Romans 3:23: All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.

  • Romans 6:23: The wages of sin is death.

  • I John 1:9: If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.

B – Believe

Believe that Jesus died on the cross and rose again as payment for your sins.

  • John 3:16:  For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

  • 1 Corinthians 15:3-4:  Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures.

  • Romans 5:8:  But God demonstrates His own love for us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

C – Confess and Choose

Confess and choose to allow God to be in charge of your life

  • Matthew 16:24:  Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.

  • Romans 10:9:  If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

  • Romans 10:10: For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation.

  • Romans 10:13:  Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.

Congratulations and praise GOD for a soul being SAVED this Easter Resurrection!

Remember:

The real meaning of Easter Resurrection “is not” the bunny, the eggs, or the candy. Easter Resurrection unequivocally commemorates our Savior’s death, burial, and resurrection.

Prayer:

Dear Heavenly FATHER,

HOLY SPIRIT, thank you for helping us remember why we commemorate the Easter Resurrection season. Thank you for JESUS being the only eligible perfect sacrifice to redeem all mankind to be set free and saved from all their sins. May our souls rejoice forever for His sacrificial sacrifice for us to have eternal life. -Amen, in JESUS’ Matchless name.
