A SEASON OF RENEWAL
Let’s go back to about twenty-plus years ago. Before, cell phones and smartphones were the new house phones. When your landline phone was disconnected, the recording would announce, “You have reached a number that is disconnected or is no longer in service. If you feel you have made an error, please check your number and call again.” That’s it, everyone who called you knew your telephone service was disconnected. Then, if you wanted your service reactivated, you had to pay the reconnect fee first and the bill too. That’s life, and with life, there is a price to pay when your disconnected cell phone needs reconnecting. So it is with Spiritual Disconnection and Spiritual Reconnection. Except there is no monetary price attached to it, but the price of OBEDIENCE is a SACRIFICE.
Short testimony: In May of 2019, after much prayer and consecration, I closed my business after 21 years to faithfully go into full-time Ministry. It was a call of complete Faith and Trust in GOD. Then, in May 2020, O Ministries Inc. Mobil and Virtual Ministry were joyfully launched. As soon the Ministry was launched, GOD anointed it in every area. Many sub-ministries have been birthed from O. Ministries Inc. within a year. The world would say, “that’s crazy.” And I can truthfully say it did seem crazy at times. Because it was sudden, demanding, and a Blessing at the same time. The growing pains were very painful. As the first year anniversary approached, I had become spiritually overwhelmed with maintaining the rapid growth and requirements for solidifying a ministry’s foundation. Although I never lost focus, I remembered, “Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.” James 1:7
As you know, O Ministries Inc. believes in PRAYER above anything else. When I began to pray and seek GOD for His way, He answered me. Simply put, GOD said….”SOLIDIFY WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE AND COME UNTO ME THE MONTH OF JULY.” GOD gave specific instructions to DISCONNECT from the ministry and other personal things and isolate me unto Him. I called it a SABBATICAL. However, unbeknown to me, it really was a time to SPIRITUALLY RECONNECT with GOD and the calling on “my life” for this vast ministry He has anointed and entrusted me with. This season of spiritual isolation is just what “ I” needed. I clearly understand now what Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. meant when he said, “I have been to the mountain top.” Dr. King had his mountain top experience for his assignment. Moses had his mountain top experience for his assignment. Elijah had his mountain top experience for his assignment. JESUS had his mountain top experience His earthly assignment. And, I have had a mountain top experience with the LORD for my assignment too.
One major thing I discovered quickly was a sabbatical is different from a spiritual sabbatical. While most sabbaticals come after some years in ministry. A SPIRITUAL SABBATICAL comes when the divine CEO calls one. He called, and I obeyed. Now it's over my 31 days with the LORD is too much to tell, but I will suggest this to you. Consider taking a spiritual sabbatical it's a time to refocus and refresh and redefine your calling. I am happy to be back regardless of I didn't want to come down off the spiritually illuminating mountain top. However, l, as I come down off the mountain top, GOD has given me my new divine navigation tablets. I am prepared and ready to execute in authority what GOD has commissioned me to do until my next great calling away. I love you all, and thank you for your prayers and checking to see where is O. Ministries Inc. I am humbled and grateful.

JESUS took frequent spiritual sabbaticals away from His disciples.

Thank you for knowing all things successfully work best through you. May we realize that effective ministry is not by natural power or might but by your Holy, divine, and righteous Spirit. -Amen in JESUS name.
